Herbal treatment for insomnia

Sleep disorders are rampant these days and taking sedatives is not the answer. This is so because in the long run they prove to be addictive. In other words a person becomes dependant on sleeping pills and become an addict. Moreover, these pills are prescription pills and not easy to procure without a prescription. Insomnia can be treated the natural way very affectively. Just before bedtime if a warm glass of milk is imbibed; then a peaceful night’s sleep is assured; other than this a shake of the leaves of the herb Valerian with milk would give you a sound night’s sleep; as the herb has got sedative properties which are not addictive.
