The most rampant problem afflicting the gall bladder is inflammation. This ailment is known as cholecystitis. The presence of stones in the gall; is known as cholelithiasis. If there is a less count of bile then gall stones are formed. If there is shooting pain in the abdomen then in all probability; there could be a stone in the gall bladder. Usually the patient gets a feeling of nausea and suffers from indigestion always. A person who has a gall bladder stone suffers from acne problem also. Constipation is another symptom of gall bladder. According to Chinese legend gall bladder stones are directly connected to anger and emotions.

Beetroot juice, carrot juice and cucumber juice; about 100ml each are very good gall bladder cleansers. However, they need to be combined and then imbibed. This combination of the juices should be drunk twice daily. Another potent herbal treatment for gall bladder disorder is the eating of pear or drinking its juice. Chicory is also a very good remedy for gall bladder stones; especially its seeds and flowers. Endive (Chicory) gives impetus to bile formation which is beneficial for both the liver and the gall bladder. All the aforementioned treatments are time tested and the people who have benefited from them would swear an oath for it.
