Herbal treatment for Gas

Gas is nothing but the excess production of gas in the stomach. Gas is something which comes out of the anus; however, if it comes out of the mouth it called a belch or a burp. The undue production of gas is also known as flatulence and eructation. The other common name for unnecessary gas production is flatus. Normally, every human being produces 1 to 4 pints of gas in a day. A belch or a burp would not give a foul odor; however, when gas is released from the anus it is accompanied with a very foul odor and the situation created around could be very thwarting. The awful smell is the result of all the decomposed matter in the intestines.
Fennel seeds are very affective as an herbal treatment for flatulence. After eating your food; take a tsp of fennel seeds. The laxative and carminative propensities of fennel seeds would resolve things to immediate affect. Oregano leaves are also a very good herbal treatment for flatulence. You would need to chew a few raw leaves of oregano after your meals and the symptoms of flatulence would be gone instantly. For relief from burping and belching; mix half a tablespoon of honey and half a tablespoon of dill oil and you would stop belching in no time.
