Leg aching is not something to ignore it may lead to worse condition of legs. It is important to do proper exercise to have movement in legs. With age also you may feel aching in legs. Taking painkiller is not any solution, as they will provide relief from pain till the effect of pills.

Too much of walking or standing leads to aching or tired legs and it is a sure shot sign of the loss of energy. In other words a person tends to feel fatigued as a result of this. The muscles of the calves of the legs are the first to give way in a situation like this and the only alternative when medication is not handy is to relax; after all the human body has a limit to strenuous work also and providence intended it to be that way. The calves of the legs are full of tendons and muscles; so they need to be relaxed at regular intervals and if they are not then it leads to aching legs or tired legs.
However, there is a very good herbal treatment for aching legs; all you need to do is boil 60 Gms of Gnaphalium in 300ml of water and drink the potion twice on a daily basis and the symptoms of aching legs would be resolved in a week. Incidentally, this herb is also known as Gordolobo and the aerial parts of this shrub need to be boiled, cooled and strained before drinking. One week would suffice in removing the symptoms of aching legs.
