Angina and its herbal treatments

When there is disruption in the blood flow to the heart; the patient feels uncomfortable and pain is felt around the heart. This is due to the shrinking of the arteries. The other reasons for angina pain could be that the heart needs more supply of blood, blocking of an artery or the thickening of the heart muscles. All this puts pressure on the heart and on most occasions the heart cannot take the strain. This makes the heart to work harder than usual causing Angina pain. With certain precautions such an event could be avoided; or else it may prove fatal in the form of a stroke or a heart attack. It is a very common heart ailment and is classified as Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
However, there are some proven herbal remedies to treat this ailment. Everyone is familiar with the herb Asparagus. All you need to do is make a concoction of Honey and the juice of Asparagus. Though, you need to sure that the ratio does not exceed 2:1. Imbibing a teaspoon of this thrice daily for a month would give the patient the required relief.
Another home or herbal remedy for Angina is to grind 37 Gms of black pepper, 25 Gms of Rou Gui (Cassia bark, peel off the outer layer), 10 Gms of Gao Liang Jiang and 15 g of Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger). Grind it such that a fine powder comes forth. Imbibe it with cold wine and see the difference in a month.
