A person with a history of heart attacks is prone to Arrhythmia. However, the symptoms of Arrhythmia are “fast or slow heart beat, skipping beats, lightheadedness, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, paleness, sweating etc”. Treatments to restore a normal heart rhythm may include “medicines, an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) or a pacemaker”. However, there is a known herbal treatment for Arrhythmia.
The best herbal and natural treatment for any heart disorder is hawthorn berry. These berries can be procured at the nearest fruit vendor and is not costly also. The ailing person should make it a habit to include 8 to 10 of hawthorn berries in his or her staple diet. The symptoms of Arrhythmia would be resolved in a month’s time. However, it should be made certain that this diet becomes a habit to prevent future problems and complications.
