Ayurveda Keeps You Healthy and Wealthy

We all want to live life healthy and peaceful. If we want to know the word meaning of ayurveda, its contents Ayu, Ayu it means life, life with systematic way is called ayurveda. Ayurveda tell us that how should we keep ourselves healthy and peaceful. According to Ayurveda we have only do some basic activities like; breathing, sleeping and eating etc due to our fast lifestyle, we habitually overlook to think about these simple things. Here are some simple rules, which should be included in our daily schedule.

1.    We should take breathe properly.
2.    We should drink plenty water.
3.    We should take proper food.
4.    Include Regular Exercise in daily routine.
5.    Sleep sufficiently.

These simple five things prevent us from many diseases. Ayurveda is the best way, which makes our life perfect.

Breathing: – Breathing the mainly fundamental clause for survives. If we breathe in right way, we can give ourselves longer life. Always we should breathe deeply, slowly and smoothly. This will keep away us from stress and give proper oxygen to blood and increasing our energy level and mental performance.

Drinking Water: – Water is basic need of everyone. It is the essential need of everyone. It is necessary for Rehydration, and leads to purified blood. It keeps our skin glowing and healthy. It develops healthy tissues in our body. If we want to get natural beauty then we should always drink plenty water. We should drink proper water but do not have much water just before during the meals.

Balancing Diet: – Ayurveda tell us that we should have food according to our body. And it should be right and kind way. Unfortunate foods eating can result in May disease so we should considerate to what should we eat and how. We should make eating routine and follow it.

Exercise: – Exercises is the best activity for physical and mental. We should take food according to body as well as we should exercise also according to body structure. Yoga and walking should be the part of  daily routine Exercise should be in the day not ate night and it never can be do just after and before meals.

Sleep Properly: – We should always take proper sleep because it is also the basic need. Because proper sleep recharge our mind and body for next day its also leads the high blood pressure.

Body heat is more commonly known as excessive body heat. The normal body temperature is 98. 6% F; however, if this temperature shoots above normal then there can be a whole lot of problems and if the temperature goes down then again there is a problem. The internal temperature of the body adjusts itself according to its surroundings. However, the external temperature of the body needs to be stable; otherwise the results could be fatal and even death may occur. In other words the body metabolism needs to be taken care of. In warm countries the imbibing of water is the best way to maintain the metabolism of the body. However, if there is a lot of excessive body heat then there is an herbal treatment for it. 

Apart from being used as garnishing in salads coriander is known for it’s cooling propensities and so boiled coriander (15 Gms) should be soaked in water the night over and drunk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. A fortnight of this would resolve the symptoms of body heat. Another potent herbal treatment for body heat is the drinking of sugarcane juice. Apart from being tasty; it is capable to reduce body heat in a week.
