Many people think that alcoholism is an abnormality; however, this is nit the case; this ailment is a mental disease and the patient suffering from it needs more of empathy; than sympathy. This is where the family members tend to falter and start cursing the person. Agreed, the person might have caused a lot of undue problems, but it is not the person’s problem; the problem is deeprooted and needs medical attention. The elders of the family fail to realize that the problem of dependency is emotional and not self inducted. If the persons taking care of the inflicted lead the person to self pity; then that would be the end of things.
Medical science has many cures for alcoholism; however, the best and safest cure is herbal treatment. People world wide would vouch for its efficacy. Grape juice is very affective in treating alcoholism. Drink a glass of grape juice; whenever two get the craving to abuse alcohol and the urge would fade away. Two months would suffice to remove the craving for alcohol. This alcohol is a medicine if used in the right proportion; however, excess use of it could damage the liver and cause multiple organ failure. The bottomline is enjoying life kingsize; however, do it with your body and health in mind.

Too much exposure to cold weather especially; snow results in frost bite or hypothermia. In this ailment the body tends to loose heat, quicker than it can produce it. This illness requires immediate medical attention or else the end result could be drastic. Apart, form frost bite a person could get frostnip and chilblains also and they are equally fatal. Usually skiers, hikers and mountaineers are vulnerable to frost bite. Infants and senior citizens are particularly at risk due to over exposure. The body of an infant is supple; whereas the body of an elderly person is feeble. Both these situations make a person all the more defenseless.
Alcohol; which incidentally is derived from grain and wine is a very potent herbal treatment for frost bite. Alcohol actually means Ethanol. Certain herbs and sugars are fermented and the end result is Alcohol. It is a very good natural antiseptic and produces heat. Thus if it is applied on a frost bite; it would keep you away from getting that part of your from being amputated till the time you are able to get proper medical aid. If alcohol is mixed with black pepper; then it would be all the more affective. However, the application would remain the same.

Due to the infection of bacteria and yeast on the tongue; there is growth of hair on the tongue. Although, it is a temporary condition; it can be very annoying. Hairy tongue is also known as Lingua Villosa. Usually it is the result bad oral hygiene and at times prolonged medication. Too much imbibing of tea and coffee can also lead to hairy tongue. Excessive smoking and the chewing of tobacco also gives impetus to hairy tongue. Mouthwash is full of chemicals and so it may cause hairy tongue. This disease though; temporary it is very aggravating, as it hinders eating and drinking.
Boswellia is a very effective herbal treatment for hairy tongue. You would need to grind the stem bark of Boswellia dalzielii with alcohol. Boil this concoction and rinse your mouth three times daily with it. However, it is needless to say that the concoction needs to be cooled before gargling with it. Two months of gargling would suffice to get rid of hairy tongue. If you happen to be a passionate smoocher; then a hairy tongue would not do for obvious reasons. A similar herbal treatment for hairy tongue is by the use of Erigeron leaves. The way of using it is also similar. One month of gargling with it would kill all the bacteria.

Otitis external; commonly called swimmers ear is infectious. It appears on the external part of the ear and at time in the ear canal. This is the result of too much frolicking in water like swimming. This because the external ear is made of cartilage and becomes sodden when in contact with too much water. The skin becomes susceptible to infection as an aftermath of this; as, the skin cannot fight the bacteria and fungi; since it becomes vulnerable. However, if the skin breaks, the bacteria would penetrate the ear; resulting in swimmers ear. This disease could be very painful; as the ear of any living thing is very delicate.
Nonetheless, there are some known and proven herbal treatments for swimmers ear. If the infection is not acute then vinegar (2 drops) in each ear would suffice to give ample relief. Leave vinegar for a few minutes (2 mins) and then turn your head; so that the solution may flow out. The same goes with apple cider vinegar. However, it should be mixed with Alcohol first. This would protect the skin from infection in the future. The treatment should be practiced 2 to 3 times in a day; till relief is got.

Lethargy could be defined as; the feeling of being tired always, alongside drowsiness. A person who is feeling lethargic would feel sluggish also. The bottomline is that the person concerned would become inactive. This would hamper productivity and productivity is everything in this material world today. Lethargy could be attributed to depression. Any ailment could also be the cause of lethargy. Too much drinking of alcohol or an overdose of any drug can also causes lethargy and depression simultaneously. Ofcourse, strenuous work would automatically cause lethargy. However, this is natural. Apart from this if a person is feeling lethargic; then it is a cause of worry.
There are some herbal treatments which have proven their worth in removing lethargy. One should make it a habit to imbibe tea of Basil leaves; when lethargy sets in. A mixture of grape juice and lime juice is also a proven herbal remedy to remove lethargy. Herbal medications come in an array of varieties. Chiefly, they are in liquid or capsule forms. The tablet form is also very effective; however, it slows down the recuperating procedure. However, that may be it is imperative that the herbs used are fresh. If it happens to be otherwise then the concerned herb would loose its potency. The efficacy of medication lies in the potency of the herb and if it is not there then the medication would be of no use. Palmetto is known for its bitter taste; however this bitter taste can be mellowed down by consuming it with tea or some juice.
