Herbal medications come in an array of varieties. Chiefly, they are in liquid or capsule forms. The tablet form is also very effective; however, it slows down the recuperating procedure. However, that may be it is imperative that the herbs used are fresh. If it happens to be otherwise then the concerned herb would loose its potency. The efficacy of medication lies in the potency of the herb and if it is not there then the medication would be of no use. However, even if the medication does not work it would not give any side effect. The tincture made from herbs needs alcohol; however, nature has its own alcohol (mowha) and this is used in most herbal tinctures. Incidentally, the juice of freshly cut leaves of the Lantana plant is a very potent healer for cut and wounds. Besides it does not give the smarting effect that tincture of iodine gives. Palmetto is known for its bitter taste; however this bitter taste can be mellowed down by consuming it with tea or some juice.
Another potent tincture is goldenseal; however, this also tastes awful and needs to be imbibed with juice or tea. Coffee is not recommended at all as a blend with herbal tinctures. This is so because the caffeine in it does not agree with herbal tinctures. There is a herbal cure for practically every ailment. However, one should make a conscious effort to find the right source for apt guidance. Once you have found the right source of guidance; then it is very unlikely that you would go in for any other form of medication.

Herbs are procurable in an array of forms. They can be bought in a capsule form, in a bottled form or in a powdered form. However, it the mixed form which is more effective to an individual. This is because we resort to herbal medication when all the other forms of medications have failed. Herbs are mainly of two types; wild and farm grown. Out of the two the wild ones are better as they are not chemically fertilized. The procuring of wild herbs is known as wildcrafting. This is a laborious job and one has to know where to find them.
However, whatever kind of herb it is; one should be sure that it is not chemically treated. One can be sure to quite an extent that the wild herbs are not chemically treated. The other significant advantage with wild herbs is that they can grow to their full extent; thereby giving their full potency. However, wild herbs need to go through a laboratory test before they are certified fit for human consumption. On the other hand farm grown herbs can be montorised. Nonetheless there is no guarantee that may pass the acid test. What with all the pollution around. Nevertheless, there are still some remote corners of the world where natural herbs with all their potency can be found. The secret to finding them lies in making friends with an aborigine. People who love the wilds would vouch for this. It may sound simple; however, a tribal would not reciprocate easily. This is because he/she thinks the world ends where he/she lives.

This ailment is a fungal infection concerning the epidermis of human foot. Athletes’ foot concerns the disease and not the fungal infection. It is mainly caused by a form of yeast that lives on the outer surface of the skin and then penetrates deeper. It usually happens to the male gender and in between toes. This root can be used either as a capsule, powder, tincture or an ointment. Either way it is effective. In other words it is effective if taken orally as well as if it is directly applied on the affected area. Herbal pharmacists would keep both the versions of the medication. However, the most important aspect of the treatment is that it is easily procurable and cost effective too.
