You could also make a face pack of oatmeal and yogurt; add this with tomato juice and apply it on you face. Leave it to dry for 20 mins and then wash it with Luke warm water and pat dry. Sliced raw potato; if placed on the blemishes would lighten them. However, it needs to be done atleast for a week. A mixture of turmeric powder and fresh milk cream is also very potent in lightening the skin.
