The most rampant problem afflicting the gall bladder is inflammation. This ailment is known as cholecystitis. The presence of stones in the gall; is known as cholelithiasis. If there is a less count of bile then gall stones are formed. If there is shooting pain in the abdomen then in all probability; there could be a stone in the gall bladder. Usually the patient gets a feeling of nausea and suffers from indigestion always. A person who has a gall bladder stone suffers from acne problem also. Constipation is another symptom of gall bladder. According to Chinese legend gall bladder stones are directly connected to anger and emotions.
Beetroot juice, carrot juice and cucumber juice; about 100ml each are very good gall bladder cleansers. However, they need to be combined and then imbibed. This combination of the juices should be drunk twice daily. Another potent herbal treatment for gall bladder disorder is the eating of pear or drinking its juice. Chicory is also a very good remedy for gall bladder stones; especially its seeds and flowers. Endive (Chicory) gives impetus to bile formation which is beneficial for both the liver and the gall bladder. It is indeed very embarrassing to wear sleeveless tops if you have dark under arms. Imagine a fair body with dark under arms Yuk! There are various causes for such a happening and mostly these causes are ascribed to chemicals. Dark under arms can lead to fungal infection too. Since, the skin of the under arm is tender; one has to be very careful while dealing with it. This predicament is not apparent on a dark person; for the simple reason that it is not visible and one cannot make out the difference. Nonetheless, one need not worry; as there are some proven herbal remedies for dark under arms.
Lime comes in very handy in lightening dark arm pits. One should rub lime on the dark under arms. Refrain from using deodorants as they are full of harmful chemicals; use Alum powder instead. After taking a shower; apply baking soda on you arm pits. You can also make a decoction of 1 tsp of lime juice, 1tsp of cucumber juice and a pinch of turmeric powder and apply it on your arm pits and rinse it after 20 mins.Vitamin E oil is also very efficacious in removing the dark skin of the under arms.

If there is inflammation in the urinary bladder; then it is called cystitis. The repeated happening of such a thing may suggest a kidney disorder. A person having cystitis may experience difficulty while urinating in the form of a burning sensation. He or she would always feel that the urinary bladder is full. In such an event; excreting yourself could worsen the situation.
One prominent herbal remedy for cystitis is the imbibing of Cucumber juice. If one teaspoonful of this juice is given to the patient thrice daily; mixed with fresh lemon juice and honey then it would do wonders for the patient. The other effective herbal remedy for this ailment is the imbibing of fresh drumstick leaf juice with coconut water. This should be given to the patient twice on a daily basis. Radish leaves are also a very good herbal treatment for this disease. One cup drunk by the patient would suffice to give ample relief within a fortnight. One could also drink 200 ml of water mixed with fresh lady finger. This should be done twice daily for a week to get the desired results.
