Enterocele is also known as hernia and in this disease the internal organs of the body protrude through a weak opening of any membrane of the body. Hernia could be of various kinds; however, the most common ones are” Inguinal hernia, is the most common type of hernia and affects the organs in the groin; Umbilical, around the belly button; Incision, through a scar formed by trauma or by surgery; Hiatal, the stomach protrudes through the diaphragm into the chest; and Congenital diaphragmatic, a birth defect that needs surgery”. The lifting of weights can cause hernia to any age group and gender. However, there is an herbal treatment for Enterocele. 

Pound cherry stones are very effective in treating hernia of any kind. You would need to powder pound cherry stone and fry it with vinegar. Take this thrice daily and the symptoms of hernia would be resolved in a week. It should however, be remembered that the dosage should not exceed 5 Gms at a time and it should be made certain that the medication is not taken on an empty stomach. Similarly kochia fruit or Di Fu Zi should be powdered and fried in vegetable oil and then taken with wine (4 Gms) twice daily and the symptoms of Enterocele would be resolved in a week.

Mastitis

Mastitis is an infectious disease of the breasts. In this ailment the breasts tend to swell and become red. This ailment is common in women who are nursing. Women are vulnerable to this disease in the first few weeks of pregnancy; it is rare indeed that this ailment surfaces later on. Sometimes milk sprouts out of its own accord and it could be very embarrassing. However, you could continue to suckle your infant inspite of Mastitis. If there is a break or cut in the areolas; then the bacteria enters the breasts and the aftermath is painful. Too much fondling of the breasts may also lead to Mastitis.

Kochia fruit and brown sugar are a potent herbal treatment for Mastitis. Kochia fruit (Di Fu Zi) and brown sugar need to be concocted with hot water and drunk after breakfast and dinner. This concoction should not exceed 60 Gms. One week of this herbal treatment would suffice to get rid of the symptoms of Mastitis. It should be made certain that the concoction is warm; atleast above room temperature. In case of acute Mastitis; you should refrain from foreplay for sometime; as it would aggravate the situation. It is understandable though, that this comes naturally; however it could prove to be fatal.

Herbal treatment for Galactorrhea

Galactorrhea

Galactorrhea is a disease when there is production of milk; when it is not natural. In its natural state; milk is produced in the final trimester of pregnancy. This is done by the Prolactin hormone; which is secreted by the pituitary glands present in the mammary glands of a female. If the level of the Prolactin increases for some reason then milk is produced when not required. This condition is known as Galactorrhea. Primarily it is an ailment of women; however men and children can also suffer from it. If the breasts are caressed more than required or if there is some malfunctioning of the pituitary glands then the result is Galactorrhea. However, there are some natural and herbal treatments for this disease.

Kochia fruit or Di Fu Zi is a very good natural and herbal treatment for Galactorrhea. However, it needs to be mixed with wine to show its efficacy. The powder of the fruit needs to be mixed with hot wine and then imbibed. However, it has to be made certain that the dosage does not exceed 10 Gms. The symptoms of Galactorrhea would fade away after profuse sweating. The dosage should be appropriate otherwise the treatment would result in a person getting drunk.
