Labour pain differs from woman to woman. It may be different in each pregnancy also. It is test of a mother’s physical emotional strength. It starts when the baby is ready to be born and shits its position to the birth canal. This pain could last long; depending on the physical condition of the baby. Usually there is thick discharge from the vagina as a result of this. It has been proven that every child birth is a rebirth of the mother. The feeling of uneasiness; before the actual Labour pain starts could last for weeks with frequent bouts of vomiting and in many cases diarrhea; this more so for first time moms. However, a woman goes through all these pain; as womanhood is incomplete without becoming a mother.
Castor oil is very effective in moisturizing the vaginal tract of a woman facing Labour pains. The oil should be extracted from the seeds of castor and given a teaspoonful when necessary to a woman experiencing Labour pains. This herbal treatment for Labour pains is age old and is still practiced by the Chinese. Fenugreek is another potent herbal treatment for Labour pains. 80 Gms of these seeds should be boiled and cooled. This should be given thrice daily to the expecting mother to lessen Labour pains. However, these boiled fenugreek seeds need to be strained before they are given to the ailing mother.

Dandruff is nothing but the falling of dry scalp skin when one brushes or combs his/her hair. However, sometimes the problem can be a pressing one. Things can worsen if the scalp gets infected. At times the scales of the scalp fall on their own accord and are visible on your clothing; especially the shoulders. Though, they are mostly tiny pieces of scales; however, sometimes large pieces fall off the scalp. It is very embarrassing; especially at your work place and other public places. People would gaze at you in an awkward manner. If the dandruff is severe then your hair would start looking repulsive.
Nonetheless, there are some potent herbal treatments for troublesome dandruff. Fenugreek is well known herbal treatment for dandruff. About 100Gms of these seeds should be left to soaked overnight and grinded into a paste in the morning. Apply this to the scalp and leave it to dry off. Wash it of with off with soap nut solution. It would help a lot to get rid of dandruff. Washing your hair with lemon juice is another good herbal treatment for dandruff. A concoction of green gram powder and yogurt should be applied to the scalp atleast thrice a week to get rid of dandruff. You can mix them according to the requirement of your hair and the problem.

Hay fever is an allergy to anything from saw dust to Earth dust; Infact, anything that can be breathed in. One of the best home remedies for getting rid of bad breath is to preboil ½ a liter of water and add 2 teaspoons of fenugreek to it. This concoction should further be boiled in low flame and consumed 2-3 times a day after cooling and straining. The other home and herbal remedy for getting rid of bad breath is the eating of guava and apple after meals; as the chemicals present in them remove all the or rather kill all the bad breath causing germs and bacteria.
