This disease is full of controversies and all hope that it never eventuates. However, bird flu is for real and the suspected virus is H5N1. Incidentally it is the same virus which killed 50 million people in 1918. There is certain treatment for bird flu in allopathy and many other forms of medications. However, this ailment can be treated herbally. There are certain fruits and herbs; which have proven their worth in treating bird flu. One of the most effective herbal treatments for bird flu is Elderberry. It is to be concocted with Echinacea purpurea and olive leaf. A brew needs to be made of these and boiled. Mononucleosis or kissing disease as it is popularly known as is a rampant one. This disease is transmitted through the saliva. Adolescents and young adults are prone to it for understandable reasons. The virus which transmits this disease goes by the name of Epstein – Barr virus (EBV). The liver and the respiratory system become susceptible as a result of this disease. It is a glandular fever and can last for many weeks. So, all you fervent smoochers; better be careful. If the person you are going to smooch has fever; it is better to refrain from it; as a preventive measure.
As a home remedy you would need to change your eating habits. Eat five meals a day; instead of the regular three. Edema or oedema is an inflammation of that part of the body from where fluids cannot be secreted. It but natural that in such an event the body starts to swell. This ailment usually occurs below the knee joint. This being the case walking becomes an effort; as the flow of blood is disrupted and things deteriorate fast. Walking becomes imperative at times; even if it for short distances. However, it retards the healing process. The pain experienced can be excruciating. Medically speaking; Edema is not a disease. Lethargy could be defined as; the feeling of being tired always, alongside drowsiness. A person who is feeling lethargic would feel sluggish also. Lethargy could be attributed to depression. Any ailment could also be the cause of lethargy. Too much drinking of alcohol or an overdose of any drug can also causes lethargy and depression simultaneously. Ofcourse, strenuous work would automatically cause lethargy. However, this is natural.
