Many people think that alcoholism is an abnormality; however, this is nit the case; this ailment is a mental disease and the patient suffering from it needs more of empathy; than sympathy. This is where the family members tend to falter and start cursing the person. Agreed, the person might have caused a lot of undue problems, but it is not the person’s problem; the problem is deeprooted and needs medical attention. The elders of the family fail to realize that the problem of dependency is emotional and not self inducted. If the persons taking care of the inflicted lead the person to self pity; then that would be the end of things.
Medical science has many cures for alcoholism; however, the best and safest cure is herbal treatment. People world wide would vouch for its efficacy. Grape juice is very affective in treating alcoholism. Drink a glass of grape juice; whenever two get the craving to abuse alcohol and the urge would fade away. Two months would suffice to remove the craving for alcohol. This alcohol is a medicine if used in the right proportion; however, excess use of it could damage the liver and cause multiple organ failure. The bottomline is enjoying life kingsize; however, do it with your body and health in mind.

The intake of air for the purpose of breathing through the nose which ultimately goes to the lungs is through a passage. This passage is full of cells which secrete mucus. The purpose of mucus is to filter the air being inhaled by a person. Sometimes it may transpire that the mucus is secreted more than required. Coughing is a result of the extra mucus being expelled by the body. A person who has a cough first takes a deep breath; then makes an effort to cough out the excess mucus. In a cough the larynx and trachea are affected the most.
However, there are certain proven herbal treatments for cough and they are far better than any other form of treatment. Grapes have the propensity to work as an expectorant. A concoction of grape juice and honey (one tsp) in a cup would give relief in some days. If there is dry cough; then Almonds are a wonderful home remedy. About 8 kernels of almonds should be grinded into a fine paste. Then 25 Gms of butter and sugar should be added to it. This paste should be taken twice on a daily basis. Relief would come in a few days.

Coronary heart disease happens due to the malfunctioning of the arteries which supply blood to the heart. Coronary heart disease could to a silent heart attack and angina pectoris with sudden death. The patient would not be aware of the discomfort. Usually the symptoms are gasping for breath, chest pain and pain on the left shoulder. The gaping is caused because the blood does not get the required amount of oxygen. The other symptoms might be anxiety, drowsiness and blackouts. However, one of the most common symptoms is that the person sweats profusely. Ignoring these symptoms could prove to be fatal. The person would start panting without putting in any effort and tire very soon.
Grapes are amongst the best as an herbal treatment for coronary heart diseases. They have the propensity to tone the heart. Plenty of grapes should be eaten by a person who has been diagnosed with coronary heart problem. However, the imbibing of grape juice is a better option as it works faster. For the stimulation of the heart; there is nothing better than Apple as an herbal treatment. If the patient is not diabetic; then apple jam would do wonders. Indian gooseberry is another potent herbal treatment for coronary heart problems. It rejuvenates the entire body and especially the heart. It should be liberally eaten with salt daily. Since, it is a seasonal fruit it can be chewed by the patient in off season; even if it is shriveled up.

Lethargy could be defined as; the feeling of being tired always, alongside drowsiness. A person who is feeling lethargic would feel sluggish also. The bottomline is that the person concerned would become inactive. This would hamper productivity and productivity is everything in this material world today. Lethargy could be attributed to depression. Any ailment could also be the cause of lethargy. Too much drinking of alcohol or an overdose of any drug can also causes lethargy and depression simultaneously. Ofcourse, strenuous work would automatically cause lethargy. However, this is natural. Apart from this if a person is feeling lethargic; then it is a cause of worry.
There are some herbal treatments which have proven their worth in removing lethargy. One should make it a habit to imbibe tea of Basil leaves; when lethargy sets in. A mixture of grape juice and lime juice is also a proven herbal remedy to remove lethargy. If you are suffering from lethargy; then you should include fruits and fresh green vegetables in your staple diet. You should also make it a habit to drink atleast 8 glasses of water everyday. Junk food should be avoided at any cost. This is because they contain a lot of carbohydrates and fat; which worsens lethargy.
