Swine flu is also known as swine influenza. This disease affects the respiratory tract of pigs; however, the virus has a propensity to alter; so it infects humans easily. Incidentally, humans happen to be the weakest of all living things. The virus which causes this disease is known as H1N1virus and was first discovered in Mexico. High temperature, aching head and gastronomical disorders are all symptoms of swine flu. There are two antiviral agents who are affective in swine flu and one goes by the name of Zanamivir and the other by the name of Oseltamivir. People of all ages can be affected by this disease; especially those with a weak immune system.
However, nature has a cure for everything and there are certain herbs which are very effective in treating swine flu. The herbal treatment for swine flu can be done by the consumption of Tribhuvan-Kirti-Ras, Laxmi-Narayan-Ras, Chirayta, Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Vishwa (Zinziber officinalis), Panchamrut-Parpati, Sitopaladi-Churna, Kutaj (Holarrhina antidysentrica), Dhatura (Dhatura fastiosa) and Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum).
All the above mentioned herbs are very good as an herbal treatment for swine flu. They can be taken in powder form or by boiling their leaves and drinking the water after straining it.

Malaria is rampant wherever there is stagnant water. This is more so sub-tropical and tropical countries. The female anopheles mosquito is the main cause of injecting the malaria virus into the blood stream of a person. This it does by sucking blood of a person; thus putting in the virus and then sucking the blood of another human and giving that person the virus. This process goes on thereby malaria is spread very quickly. Dengue; is the latest form of malaria; however it is treatable herbally. Grapes are a natural herbal treatment for malaria. This fruit contain an ingredient which is colloquial to quinine. The pulp of the grapefruit should be boiled and the juice strained; before it is imbibed. One would get relief from fever very quickly. Seven Gms of this seed should be given to an ailing person; whenever fever seems to be setting in. To define morning sickness; it would be very easy. It simply means the feeling to vomit every morning. This especially happens with pregnant women. This ailment is a fungal infection concerning the epidermis of human foot. Athletes’ foot concerns the disease and not the fungal infection. It is mainly caused by a form of yeast that lives on the outer surface of the skin and then penetrates deeper. It usually happens to the male gender and in between toes. However, in extreme cases it may spread to the heel of the foot also.
The herb to treat athlete’s foot is native to America; however, it grows prolifically elsewhere also. The herb by the common name of Golden seal; however, its botanical name is Hydrasis canadensis. This herb belongs to the Peony family. It is the root of the herb which is an herbal remedy and they have been used by ancient Americans from time immemorial. A chemical named berberine; which is present in the roots of the herb has the capability to ward off infections caused by fungi and yeast. However, it also acts as a mild sedative. This could deter many; however, if the treatment is taken before bedtime then won’t be much of a problem. Berberine is said to be more efficacious than Aspirin to reduce a fever. This root can be used either as a capsule, powder, tincture or an ointment. Either way it is effective. In other words it is effective if taken orally as well as if it is directly applied on the affected area. Herbal pharmacists would keep both the versions of the medication. However, the most important aspect of the treatment is that it is easily procurable and cost effective too.
