Neuropathy means a disorder in the peripheral nervous system and it goes shoulder to shoulder to peripheral neuropathy. Sources claim that a malfunctioning of the cranial nerves is responsible for this disease. The entire or certain sensory faculties of the body might be affected as an aftermath of this; and the four main ones are polyneuropathy, mononeuritis multiplex, autonomic neuropathy and mononeuritis multiplex. However, the most prevalent form is peripheral polyneuropathy and it attacks the limbs (legs). If this ailment is in the spine; then it is called radiculopathy. Anyhow, if the peripheral nerves are involved then the term radiculoneuropathy is relevant. As an aftermath of this the sensory organs are affected drastically. A person might experience “anomalous blood pressure and heart tempo, compact ability to perspire, constipation, bladder dysfunction (e.g., incontinence) and sexual dysfunction”.

As an herbal treatment for Neuropathy; St Johns herb powder is indispensable. You would need to boil this powder (20 G) in 300ml of water and strain it. The condition would improve in a week and be resolved in a month’s time. However, it should be kept in mind that not more than 20ml of this extract should be taken at a time. Overdosage would not have any side effect though; however, it would make you lethargic.
