Spondylosis is an offshoot of arthritis and is also known as rheumatoid spondylitis and Marie Strümpell disease. The vertebral column is anatomy of the body, which degenerates in this disease; in severe cases it is referred to as, osteoarthritis. However, when the joints of the spine tend to get inflamed the condition is known as ankylosing spondylitis or (AS). Paresthesias of the arms may occur in chronic cases. Further, the pain caused by would restrict the movement of the neck in Marie Strümpell disease. The rubbing of balm and liniment would provide temporary relief, so herbal treatment is recommended for rheumatoid spondylitis. Although, there are some exercises, which could help; however, it all depends on the condition of the ailment.  

Black cumin is very effective in treating Spondylosis. Black cumin is also known as Nigella sativa. You would need to boil 60 ml of the powdered form of this ingredient in 300 ml of water for half an hour and drink the cooled and strained mixture for a month. Complete relief could be possible in a month. Similarly one tablespoonful of the juice of Caesalpinia bonducella seeds (6 ML) should be taken twice daily for a month to get rid of the symptoms of Marie Strümpell disease.

OreganoOriganum Vulgare- If you have an upset tummy; then oregano is the herb to intake. It is good for all kinds of aches and very effective in athlete’s foot as well. It is widely used as a breath freshener and it good for the gums.

Papaya- Papaya is very good for the stomach; as it contains antioxidants, vitamin C. This being the case it nourishes the endocrine system. Besides it contains potassium, magnesium and calcium. The intake of Papaya on a regular basis would give you a glowing complexion.
