Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis; simply means profuse sweating; people tend to sweat even when they are resting in a cool area. There many cause which can be attributed to the cause of Hyperhidrosis; they could be “Acromegaly, anxiety , cancer, certain medications, glucose control disorders,, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, lung disease, menopause, Parkinson’s disease, pheochromocytoma, spinal cord injury, stroke, tuberculosis or other infections”. The abuse of alcohol and drugs also lead to Hyperhidrosis. However, if there is some other medical factor which is responsible for profuse sweating then the condition is known as secondary Hyperhidrosis. However, the former condition is very rare and is known as primary Hyperhidrosis.

Tea is a natural herbal treatment for Hyperhidrosis; as it has tannic acid. This acid has the propensity to act as a natural antiperspirant. You need to boil a quarter of water and add 5 tea bags to it. Put the palms of your hands into this tea after it is fully soaked and cooled. Thirty minutes would suffice to lessen the sweating of you palm and heels. You can repeat this treatment as often as it is required; depending on the condition. As an alternative tea bags could be held in the palms of your hands for 20 mins daily and it would be very helpful in treating Hyperhidrosis.
