Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) commonly called burning tongue is a very painful ailment. The biological terms or jargons for burning tongue are stomatopyrosis, glossodynia and oral galvanism. Burning tongue is a common occurrence with middle aged people. The main causes are an upset stomach and Yeast infection. Acid reflux and improper oral hygiene give impetus to burning tongue. Too much of spicy food should be refrained from. Chemical treatments are not recommended; as they may worsen the already existing problem. Peptic ulcers could be defined as ulcers present in the intestines and the stomach wall. They are very painful if not treated properly; as eating and the imbibing of almost anything becomes a Herculean and excruciating task. This being the case; chemical medication can prove to be fatal. It is not that other forms of medication do not provide succor; however, the herbal way to treat peptic ulcers is the safest option.
The most effective of all herbal remedies is the eating of Bananas. There is an unnamed compound in a Banana which soothes the ulcers. However, wood apple leaves are also beneficial for treating peptic ulcers. All you need to do is, soak about 300 Gms of wood apple leaves in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. However, it should be made certain that the water is strained before it is imbibed. Spicy food should be avoided at any cost; as indulging in such a doing would result in horrid burning sensation. So much so, that the pain would become intolerable. For those who are chronic patients of peptic ulcers; it is advised to take Banana shake everyday. The milk in the shake would relieve the pain of the ulcers and give a very soothing effect. One thing which should be kept in mind is that; the shake should be chilled. If the shake is chilled; then it would give instant relief. This herbal and natural remedy would give relief from anxiety as well.

The dependency of human life is largely due to the proper functioning of the liver. This organ of the human anatomy has multiple functions. The most important, amongst them is being; the filtration of all the toxic things we intake. Further the liver helps in building up new tissues in the body. One very significant function of the liver is that it produces bile. Without the production of which; a person would die of indigestion. Medical science says that the liver is considered to be one of the most intellectual parts of the human anatomy. So, it is very imperative to take care of this organ.
