Tendinitis is also known as Tendonitis and in this disease the tendons of the muscles get swollen for various reasons. Elderly people get tendonitis due to their age; however, in younger people it may the result of some accident or sprain. Tendonitis usually happens in the ankles and other movable joints. Obesity could worsen the malady and so would puniness. Too much of working out may also lead to tendonitis. At times there could be an anatomical cause for the eruption of tendonitis. There are a whole lot of treatments for this disease; however, herbal treatment is the best and the safest. Besides it is pocket friendly too.
Amomum villosum is also known as Tavoy cardamom. You would need to boil 4 pods of this ingredient in 300ml of water. Let the potion cool; then strain and drink it once daily for a week and the symptoms of tendonitis would be resolved. The aerial parts of jackass bitters; also known as Neurolaena lobata should be boiled and taken similarly as the previous treatment for this disease and one week would suffice in resolving the symptoms of Tendinitis. However, be sure that the ingredient does not exceed 60 Gms. If you do not get relief in a week then the medication could be extended.
